At PHM Plant Services, we aim to dispatch orders promptly and reliably throughout the UK. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, what shipping options are available, and what to do if there’s an issue.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

• All mainland UK addresses

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed Monday to Friday (before 2:00 PM) are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Items marked “Special Order” or “Out of Stock” may take longer.

3. Delivery Options & Times

Standard Delivery 3–7 working days - From £8.95 or free over £80 (ex VAT)

Local Van Delivery (Select Areas Apply) Free 

Collection - Available from our Stroud location (by arrangement) Free

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, stock levels, or busy periods.

4. Missed Deliveries or Delays

If you miss a delivery, the courier will usually attempt re-delivery or leave a card with instructions.
If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any items are:

• Damaged

• Missing

• Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and supporting photos, if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Collection

If you prefer to collect your order:

• Choose Collection at checkout

• Wait for an email confirming your order is ready

• Bring your confirmation and valid ID when collecting
